Our hearing aid domes are pre-sized, disposable earpieces that are placed on the hearing aid’s speaker. The domes help the hearing aid stay in your ear and help protect the receiver of your hearing aid. We stock four different styles - open, closed, power and cap, in a range of sizes.
To change your domes:
Please ensure you have the correct size dome before opening the packet. If you have the incorrect size, reach out to us and we can find a solution for you. Once a pack has been opened, it cannot be returned.
We endeavour to have your products to you within 7 working days, but please allow for longer as NZ Post have notified us of some delays. You will receive a tracking number and link when you receive the confirmation email that your parcel has been dispatched. If you have any questions, check your tracking number for more information and reach out to the delivery company with your tracking details.
Returns: All product returns need to be sent by courier back to Triton Hearing unopened and in the original packaging.
Please note: we only deliver to New Zealand addresses, not to post office boxes. Please ensure someone will be at home (or work) to accept delivery as items sent by courier must be signed for.
